    Hello! Thanks for the review. Is the sound and improvement over the 3?

  • @honestlytech5618

    @honestlytech5618

    5 жыл бұрын

    Yes, one major improvement is the battery life improved from 5 hours(Onyx Studio 3) to 8 hours (Onyx Studio 4). The bass is responds great, gets loud even in large sized room (especially when in AC Mode), and the audio is clear with minimal loss of quality even at those higher volumes. Hope this helps!

  • @Jorge01234

    @Jorge01234

    4 жыл бұрын

    Use a 2-male RCA to 3.5mm adapter cable. It depends what "audio out" ports your TV uses The Onyx Studio 4 has a 3.5mm auxiliary jack on the back by the power and micro USB jacks. Although when crossed via the 3.5mm aux port the volume has to be a little higher than minimum because otherwise the sounds cuts off if the volume is too low. You can also use a Bluetooth transmitter connected to your TV's audio out. Just make sure it is compatible with Bluetooth 4.0 since that's the Bluetooth version of the speaker.

    I don’t know if it was like that out of the box, but if not... then there is a pretty high chance that you might have killed the battery as it is pretty easy to do nowadays with everything having lithium ion batteries in them. So basically there are a few rules, here are some: don’t set it to charge over night, instead unplug it as soon as possible after it is finished charging. Don’t let it sit longer periods of time when it is either fully charged or very low on battery (around 75% is best). And last... don’t turn it on again and keep playing after it automatically turned off because of low battery. Now it is possible that you just got a dud from the factory, but if you have done two or more of the listed things in a longer period of time, there is as I said probably a pretty high chance that you killed it... but you can still try and get it repaired or replaced I guess if you want to.

    Honestly, I've had minimal distortion using the speaker even when the volume is at 75%+ I use this speaker almost daily and the 80% of the music being played through the speaker is bass heavy and I've had no problems. I guess time will tell if the speakers starts distorting more, but so far so good from my tests and regular use. I've found AC mode to be my favorite because it performs better and louder, with minimal loss of quality. Hope this helps!😁

    Before buying this you should know that when using AUX the sound is cut when volume is below a certain point. For example, I'm watching this video at medium-low (comfortable) volume, and in the pauses it cuts, so there's no sound coming out because the speaker deems the volume of the background music to be too low. Others also have this issue, I have not yet heard anyone say they don't. So just keep that in mind :)

I started to feel bad behaviours and un-sync every pause or silence,, and come here to check googling and saw your comment. No stereo mode,, unsyncs and cuts every silence... Awesome shit mate. No words to describe how I feel right now. Angry is nothing :( At least THANK YOU man because now I know for sure it's not the speakers or the cable or the monitor output --> It's because the AUX input is not working properly on the speakers. In mine and in everyone of it. I think there is not solution but if you know something please tell me because if not I would return it before the valid date to do it. Thanks ;)

    Good speaker, I bought one about a year ago $140 for it. You can't find them anywhere now. If you go to Harmon they're asking $450 apiece now, insane demand since the pandemic hit.

    We had a 1st gen Echo in our master bathroom for listening to music in the morning kzread.infoUgkxABghAEkaIDGZfHRBH3D3rBrlraNmnC71 and while in the shower. I didn't realize how tinny and awful the sound output on the original Echo was until we replaced it with the Studio. It was a sonic upgrade far beyond what I was expecting. Just wow. I love it because it's like having speakers IN the shower. My friend likes it because the music is so loud that she can no longer hear me singing. So that's a win-win.

    Harman Kardon (Samsung) Studio 4 Speaker a "Premium Speaker", PREMIUM HEADACHE if you make the mistake of buying more than one. Good luck trying to find instructions ANYWHERE on how to correctly HK Connect 2 or more of these Studio 4s together! In fairness, ONE IS FINE!
