This is a gorgeous bike. One of the many great things about Harley Davidson's is their customization. But, even stock, they offer styling, quality, and excellent fit and finish. The VROD is my favorite model because you get power,performance, and great looks.

I’ve had my night rod special for 5 years and I still come back to look at this one. Time to get some muscle tins on it

JTRON83 That is one very special bike, you must be well pleased with how it turned out. I still find it hard to believe that Harley Davidson were that silly to stop manufacturing such a sweet running and handling machine.

Bought a new '16 Muscle back in June. I absolutely LOVE the bike. Rock solid, head turner, faster than necessary! V Rod is the best bike ever made by H-D in my opinion. So needless to say I'm devastated that H-D is discontinuing V-Rod after next month (Oct. 2016). I know in a few years or so when I want a new and/or improved one, they won't be there :(.

If you decide you want to travel more often in a long distance, 400 miles or more a day. I recommend you to get an 16 inch ape bar something to relax your back and your neck. It's worth it. For bar hopping or a show bike, then you got it pretty much there.

How is the cut throat exhaust? Any clearance issues like the V&H 2-1 you had prior? I have the V&H and on stock rear shocks (for now) and I scrape.... Ill be moving to air suspension in the rear this fall/winter and looking for an exhaust with clearance.

I got a 2012 tenth anniversary limited edition Knight Rod special

okay first we have Arlington screw nuts....followed by Joes Bakery tire valves..... Custom Covington oxygen air surrounding the bike(also with custom carbon dioxide molecules)..... Minostrone license plate lettering......Swedish Cheese tread on the custom 3 Blind Mice tire grooves......aftermarket wing nut valves on the Sufferin Succotash corkscrews.....andd to top of it we have the fully customized Cheese and Crackers stitching in the aftermarket butt holster. "Best part about these upgrades guys is the fact they go unnoticed for $15k+."
