Do you drive the bike that low on the rear. Or do you raise it higher.

When I ride, I raise it about an inch or so above the tire. Just to be safe. The air ride comes with safeties/bumpers, that prevent it from ever truly bottoming out.

JTRON83 That is one very special bike, you must be well pleased with how it turned out. I still find it hard to believe that Harley Davidson were that silly to stop manufacturing such a sweet running and handling machine.

Well, if I ever find the money,,the vrod muscle is infact my bike of choice, I hope I find one some day, you can have a bad ass attitude with eye candy appearance with out being overly rude about it, I think I have a good reasonable understanding of speed bikes, cruising bikes, muscle road cruisers, and what ever possible street machine muscle vrod machines, as long as it is a vrod, but the vrod could use a turbo charger attachment 4 pistons instead of a v twin, I think the gearbox transmission needs some tweaking adjustments, depending on whether your a quarter mile throttle runner or a long out speed cruiser, it's all about what you really want, my class is vrod, [email protected]

Thank you, can you do me a favor and send me some close up pics of bars on tree.from front and back. I have an issue with the set they sent me. I believe they sent me a set for 09-11 that don’t have the center tree bolt so high. The set they sent me hits the center tree nut. That would be super helpful in getting them to get me the correct bars over trying to tell me they use the same bars for both years. I also have an 2008. Can send to [email protected]
