Love at first view, in early 2000's I was in dealer with 600 motorcycles and I saw her in a platform, was similar feeling to one of those gorgeous mind blowing girls, I went close, I walked around contemplating the beauty and details, touched it sliding my fingertips on it, and it blown my mind how beautiful looks like! you going to be mine!. Being married and planing long trips in 2007 I bought a Fatboy, after a while being single again and having a my loyal friend Softail Fatboy since 2007 in 2017 I decided to go to a dealer and I found out the Vrod was discontinued, my dream of own a brand new V-rod muscle was gone, most of the used ones have the reputation of be abused then I decided to dont buy a used one, Last week I went to the same dealer for a battery and I saw one! standing there shinny and beautiful stole my eyes, one of the kind motorcycle blowing my mind again, I turned the ignition on and I saw 3000 miles on it, I turned around to my Fatboy, I seated on it smoking my last cigarette with my old friend. After 15 years finally I found one, lovely and powerful, I love it, probably never going to sale it.

Nice video. Good, fair review. I've got a 2014 VRod Muscle and I've put 11,000 miles on it so far with zero problems. It runs like a dream. It's not a sport bike, but rolling on that throttle out of a curve is spectacular! As the man says, it handles better than you would expect.

My 2011 V-Rod Muscle has almost 30,000 miles. They are not a "nightmare" to service. Getting to the battery, the spark plugs, and changing the oil is a piece of cake. And the 240mm rear tire DOES NOT adversely affect the handling of this bike. Either you truly know how to ride, or you don't. I'm tired of people who can't afford a H-D or haven't owned a Muscle giving their misinformed, second hand reviews of this bike. BTW, I frequently ride mine for hours at a time without any discomfort or complaints. The V-Rod Muscle is fun to ride, a comfortable cruiser, and DOES NOT look like every other Harley on the road. If you haven't owned a Muscle please STFU and stop hating. Ride whatever you ride and try to enjoy it.

This is a good review. I've had my 2015 Muscle for about a month now, and it's a great bike. I think especially so for someone coming off a sportbike like myself. I put 20k miles on my 2013 Ninja 636, and I would push it a little too much on the street. I'm having a blast pushing the V-Rod, and I don't feel like I'm lacking a thing for street riding. For me, this one is a keeper.

The performance numbers sited on the review were partially correct. The VROD has one hundred and twenty five horsepower. But, it has a much higher top speed the 120mph. You could do 120 on a regular Harley. The more accurate top speed is pushing 150mph.

I am 5’6” and love this bike currently best bike I’ve owned,I can touch the floor easy and reach the forward controls. It is a head turner and I often get comments when it parked up. Things have broken on it and I get it serviced regularly but I wouldn’t swap it for anything at the moment.

I have had mine since August of 2010. Love it! My wife got a 2006 Screaming Eagle V Rod a year after I got mine. Love riding together! BTW-It's my first bike, and most of my riding experience was gained with a group of balls-out knee draggers on river road early Sunday mornings. I have since upgraded to Continental Race Attack custom tires on both our V Rods. Sticky great tires!

this is a wonderful bike with power , as i own this but my personal opinion, is the handle bar is a bit stiff and did replace it from burley bars from australia now it give me a good ride , another thing is you have to wear jeans all the time you ride this bike as the piper are very hot . otherwise its a cool bike

+Sauce Man Yes, the cornering clearance is limited. However, the bike handles quite well, within its limits - but it's not a sportsbike, it's a performance cruiser.

I had a hd 883 as my first, it's really good for a first bike. Not too powerfull, has that HD feeling to it but still can corner decently. The only downside is the weight but you get used to it.

Don't forget to tell them, that this Porsche designed engine has to have it's valves adjusted periodically, and to accomplish that, the engine has to be completely removed from the frame, as it can't be done any other way.........

likely about the same amount of time most modern small capacity bikes 250 300cc bikes do a 13.9 second 1/4 mile an ktm rc390 can do a 12.9 ... there power to weight ratio is decent they only weight about 160kg and have over 40hp ... they offer very good power to weight ratios ..... compared bikes that weight 300kg like harleys

300g😂 even the wheels are heavier 😂 and those bikes are mostly top end unlike the harley and its easy to outgrow a 300. But you still have to remember that the HD is a cruiser. Who tf wants to cruise at 180kmh
