Can't lie when I saw the short clip I definitely thought "ooh that's pretty hard sparring" but you clarifying the two types of hard sparring, I get that cause I hard spar when with good partners when we've communicated haha and awesome to see so many knees and elbows in sparring! A lot of people seem to be super against it but I reckon it's so useful

I love elbows. They change how you spar and fight and completely change the clinch game. I'm more of a Muay Khao style guy but I started off with BJJ and have been doing MMA the past couple years. It's way easier against lots of pure mma guys since they don't always have proper muay thai training

the ooouiis, oh my goodnesses and opas makes this so funny. i'm guessing yussuf is greek judging by that. we used to wear elbow pads when we sparred even if we didn't do elbows, to protect our partners when they kick an elbow but when elbows are allowed you can still get hurt and cut even if you got the pads so i think it's better to control them regardless. what i liked here is how much even something as adding only a small new element changes the game, the stance and people's approach.

Is this a who wore it best video? The matching shorts 😂. I really liked this one. Once the control is there, we should experiment with elbows in a safe manner. I am small and 125. The only time I have ever had to use MA in a self-defense setting, I threw in an elbow instinctively. I have those tiny bony elbows that can really hurt. As a kid I still remember feeling powerful throwing elbows into boards😂. If only everyone could hold pads correctly for elbows, if only there was a good course for this😂. This video shows us that things can be super high level and hard if we have the skills. Nice job gentlemen! Camera guy as always is on fire.
