That was 8 minutes of Intense, High Quality Drumming.....WE see the finished product.....and many times we FAIL to realize how much work it took to get to her level! Thousands of Hours!! Great Example of great work ethic and passion for drums! It is a JOY to watch you play! Many Thanks to you Hannah!

I worked a few events with her and she is the most wonder person. So positive, encouraging, and inspirational. It was obvious at the time that she would reach the top. And SHE DID! I still wish her the best. (I hear she's a mom now!)

It's soooooo crazy watching this, and then going back and watching the original video of Hannah playing this song in the studio when she was 19, and seeing how much her pocket and her technique has reaaaally gotten so much better over the past 10 years or so. This is incredible and still one of my favorite songs to jam out to, I'm looking forward to seeing where she goes from here! :)

holy moly - the most complex stuff to learn and master, like, ever.... I'm absolutely blown away.... one of the true top drummers in the world right now... and just loves playing anything, no matter what style of music it is..... but this is the most complex jazz fusion I've heard her play so far, and it's just ridiculously perfect and musical and with exceptional technique and her personality and energy are winners

A lot of female drummers hit so heavy with their forearm so stiff. Looks so loose at the same time with the wrist like floppy but it definitely makes for more stick clicks when moving around the kit or misses like hitting the ride instead of floor tom. I think one of the few who doesnt is Anika Niles and that Japanese drummer thats everywhere now. Good drumming no doubt about it, just the wrists and heavy forearm playing driving me crazy lol

I hate to hate but This woman is almost 30 years old. She is only on youtube because she is a pretty woman. I saw a 13-year-old girl Mia Morris shred much better and she's only been playing 3 years. If you wanna be pretty join a beauty pageant but as a drummer shes not even mediocre.

Dominick, you have got to be kidding. You must be a dude drummer who is jealous that a chick drummer can be this good. On top of that, you are super sexist. So male drummers can be good looking, but females can't? But I digress...Mia is great yes, but jazz drumming and timing like Hannah's require years of practice and special talent. I am a female drummer myself, (not bad looking by the way), and have heard all the comments...why don't you smile more......why can't you play something feminine like the flute.....etc. I'm a born drummer/percussionist down to my bones, but it takes dedication and practice to get really good, like her. I am blown away by her. I shouldn't even be replying to your comment due to your level of ignorance, but as a female drummer, I am incensed that there are people who think this way and have no appreciation for a real talent who just happens to be be beautiful. ("Wanna be pretty, join a beauty pageant......really?). By the way, you obviously haven't noticed that there are innumerable females who have brains, talent, and beauty as well.

I get where you are coming from man but think about it this way. There aren't a ton of professional female players out there like there are males. So I think you need to take the "looks" idea out of your mind. Sure she's not a ground breaking technical player, but she's a pro (and there aren't a ton of female pros) and has a pretty impressive career so far. That is why she is involved in pasic, not because her looks and here's hoping she inspires a generation of girl drummers to step up and play at or above her level.
