The real deal! Old school double base sticks-a-flashing tshowmanship and rock solid sounds along with great hair! I saw him playing with Ted nugent at one of the famous “Texas’s jams” in Dallas Texas.all I could see was hair and sticks!

Excellent, concise writing advise. I just discovered you Patti, through your Modern Love essay in the New York Times. I enjoyed your essay very much and while reading, thought about what a great writer you are! Now, having just watched your video, I feel a deeper connection to you. When my son was very young and I was home with him, I dedicated a few years to improving my writing. My son asked for a violin at five years old and enjoyed playing classical pieces. He was quite good and considering studying at a music conservatory when he died of an accidental opioid overdose in 2022. I also have a small non-profit dedicated to preventing sexual violence and sexual harassment. I just ordered "Sticking It Out". I look forward to spending time getting to know you through your book. Thank you for developing your writing skills, so that I could connect with you.

And if you are lowering a stand with a pad or snare weight already on it, hold it by the basket, never grab the post or you can get a massive pinch when loosening that second bolt.

Really well done, all five parts, and the spacing between posting them also seemed perfectly continuous but allowing time to practice between vids.

I play in a cover band, paid cash money every weekend and then some. 6 to 8 hours of polishing my craft in front of a crowd every weekend while 'true artists' are playing 3 gigs per year for free to get their name out 😂 #sweethomealabama

I wonder if we could get more information on this. How long do the students do this under hand crash for? At what point does the technique change to a more standard technique?

That is a really fun pattern, looking forward to seeing what we are going to do with it. Question: Why don't you call it a four-bar pattern because the sticking is reversed on bars 3 and 4?
