Mr. Johnson is still trying to figure out why islands don’t flip over. Glad we pick the best and brightest to be our leaders.

Okay, if cops lose their qualified immunity, then that means all government officials, state, local and federal. And that means Congress!

Police should be held to the same standard as citizens. If they unlawfully commit a crime they should be prosecuted , not protected.

That’s a lot of speech about qualified immunity from Hank Johnston, who won’t give up his.

All states have it written in their constitutions that all govenrment officers must have a bond payable to "the people" so if they harm the people and are judged that they have wronged the people and it results in a jury determination that the wrong was real, the people would sue out their bond and the bonding company would pay out to the people the amount the jury decided was due the wronged party (man or woman). The requirement of the officer to have a bond would ensure that the rogue officer never worked again because a bond is not an insurance policy, the bond would be paid out and the bonding company demands the officer to pay back what was paid out, which they often cannot do, and no bonding company would ever issue a bond again until the bond was paid back. win-win, bad cops are finished and the taxpayers dont pay for another mans actions. This system is unconstitutionally removed because they elite wants cops to be able to act badly with no consequences. The people are told there are consequences for their actions but government agents have no consequences for their actions. The emperor has no clothes and more and more people are beginning to see it. Everyone knows that a cop can witness a felony and not report (which itself is a felony- misprision of felony) and everybody has seen Will Smith commit a felony on tv (felony assualt) and yet none of the LEO's present arrested him because there is no consequence for them for not arresting a party, which means there is no law (laws apply to everyone equally) and this BS that we are a nation where the "rule of law" is supreme, no thats a joke.

Is this the same Hank Johnson who thinks adding a few military troops to Guam will make it flip over. Why yes it is. Maybe the people in Geogia need to elect a member of congress with more than 1 functioning brain cell.

Anything he says should be seen behind the lens of former comments like his concern of islands flipping over.

This is probably the best thing I've heard in a while, hope it happens! people need to feel safe around law enforcement not cringe everytime they come around, u take away their crutch and they'll change knowing they can be held accountable

Yeah....Hank also though Guam would tip over because too many people lived on one side of the island.
