nice vid no doubt i love that varnish...i use a sticky areosol that is made for coiling starter and alternator automotive parts. its orange but also keeps coils from spreading when winding nice job man nice job im going to shop today and gettin some more wound up n wired up couple frames i need to get put togoehther ne wayz hat tip bud nice slow patient job shows the craftmanship that goes into quality work for quality parts

wow man those look great. ive been winding my own coils for awhile now but ive never used varnish between the layers like that. the closest thing ive done is dip them in Temco resin and bake them. im assuming your doing that for added insulation?

приветствую Влад, подскажи плиз сколько витков для шейдерной мотают, немогу понять по своим машинам на что они расчитаны, на всех 47 мкфр кондёры стоят, но работают по мощности вроде по разному... интересно пишут 8 10 12 слоёв но не количество мотков...или может по весу можно отличить шейдер от линера?

хотелось бы узнать почему китайские 12 будут хуже фирменных 8ок? заранее благодарен!

привет,много зависит от колва игл,на которое расчитана машина и от качества катков,китайские 12 слоев,будут слабее фирменных 8-рок,тем более что не только катки идут в расчет,при разработке машины,но и рама ,боек,пружины.,помимо того,что вообще задумывалось по концовке.)) )Самое простое,как различить визуально машины,у лайнера -облегченный боек.

приветствую Влад, в очередной раз))) есть такой интересный вопрос, если у "шейдера" облегчить боёк, он преобретёт свойства линера? или нет смысла напрягать мозги? у меня в наличии 4 аппарата, катушки по стандарту (я так понимаю) на всех стоит кандёр 47 мкф поддастся ли она переделки или не стоит? если можно ответьте подробно, и разъясните что значит 8 , 10 , 12 слоёв на катушках? везде по разному пишут, немогу найти конкретную информацию...

In principle, no difference .. Varnish makes the coil monolithic, reducing the possibility of short circuit or delamination of layers

quite possible))) wire is coated, you can not varnish over again, this is what I do)))

спасибо за ответ, но есть еще один назривший вопрос))) значит количество микрофарад на кандёре не имеет значения для визуальной диагностики машинки? облегчённый боёк - что это? как он выглядит вообще?))) вроде все бойки на моих аппаратах с виду одинаковы... если есть возможность, скинь мне фотки разных, конкретно отличающихся на первый взгляд машинок, буду очень признателен))))

This is the way I wrap my coils.. Vladimir is the man when it comes to actually hand building a 1 off custom Coil Tattoo Machine.. I saw comments on Vlad's page about Kapton Tape, people also use Nomex.. But WATER PROOF TAPE,, Like Tyvek House Wrap Plastic Tape or LOWE'S House Wrap Tape.. does the same thing & its Cheaper, Tougher & better lasting.. Nomex will actually effect the OHMS Slightly.. Marine Grade Varnish.. works great.. Thanks to Vladimir for an Awesome Video. Check his Channel out...

привет,как правило ,количеством слоев

свойства машины зависят не только от веса бойка но и общей геометрии рамы,ну и емкость кондера влияет .Кол-во слоев как бы определяет мощность машины,но это не значит,что чем их больше ,тем лучше)))
