Now that's a beautiful machine.....I want a set so bad. The more I see this.

smart design on the capacitor in the handle! I always wondered why tattoo machines were made with multiple pieces vs being machined from one solid piece, or several separate pieces not welded together. Thank you for this tutorial. I am a machinist and am looking at several designs to make a tattoo machine for my daughter. This gives me a nice starting base.

@@justin_704 they make the speed of your machine for a liner u want a machine that goes from 130 to 150 cps in a shader u want a machine that has 80 to a 110 herts

@@ivanmendoza8457 OK. I don't know exactly what the cycles per second are, I have dabbled a bit in electronics but not with tattoo machines nor have I used one before. It's more of a pet project at the moment

Pretty neat machine and I like the capacitor set up, but even as neat as it is, it's like trying to re-invent the wheel. Lots of great machine builders are still around. Still, Id like to put one in my daily rotation for a week to check it out.

I had one as an apprentice they made dope mid to large grouping liners not heavy either but cause the frame was bolted on I'd get weir rattles and I'd have to tighten everything from vibrations like the old time machine by fowler Kool ideas but sometimes not practical

all that tech and still needs a rubber band or 2 to make it work.. I love tattooing

So, if they are CNC machined correctly, why the washers under the coils???

I might consider one of these if not for that capacitor, well that and there's just something I don't really like about a frame that's screwed together and not welded/brazed.. It looks really nice tho, I wish I could have heard the machine run and not just music..

Glue in only one washer.

The machine looks great and the system, but it is very expensive. Try to make a good offer of a tattoo kit and the power unit with cables. I want to see ... I always use a bobbin machine, but I'm going to try the rotary that I see is faster to work and set up ... but this machine looks good in the video ... but I don't know how it will work

It would be better if it where one solid pc.Still nice...

What needle groupings can this machine push for lining?

Hi Dominic! We have two kind of Liner Machines: Liner and Power Liner. Liner canbe used with max 9/11RL and Power Liner until 18RL.

While I love the design and workmanship, some questions show up, like why the separate capacitor, is there any significant ups to it or just a design choice? Coils being separate was confusing until they where soldered together towards the end so that was actually pretty neat. The bolted on upright seemed a bit over engineered and to be honest is a weakpoint of the design because of the vibrations, I would most likely add loctite to the screws to make sure to minimize the risk of it shaking loose during operation, I would most likely add a locking washer and longer screw to the fron binding post since it is so busy with all the connectors and washers for the coils since this is also a weakpoint in my mind. Over all a nice piece, a bit over-engineered in my mind but that's personal preference 🙂

Ciao! La macchinetta in alluminio pesa 165gr mentre quella in ferro pesa 215gr. Nel video non si sente il rumore della macchinetta perchè la registrazione con la videocamera oppure con lo smartphone non rende bene. Stiamo preparando un nuovo video dove si vedrà la macchinetta in funzione sentendone anche il rumnore reale.
