I love it guys I'm just starting and Ive started with a coil machine and I had started to understand the basics and for some reason I've recently started to look in to the difference in coil and rotary as well as the mechanics of coils so I can get a full grasp on the history of modern tattooing.

I recently found a old coil machine from soba. a mini rusto and a next generation machine and believe it or not I haven't used a coil for eight years I picked those up after using rotaries for so long and I loved it they made me nostalgic about the past but no way I'd go back to coils they are great liners but they get out if tune and one day it's great next day it sucks horribly

Jesus this episode got deep in the end.. yes the way I know it, is that any “bio” waste is just that “waste” no way to reuse. As well I think we all know that even if a cartridge is made of biodegradable materials the needles themselves sure as hell aren’t.

@@ThatTattooShow i laughed at the coil machine that runs buttery smooth but its because your back spring has a small crack in it ...oh man i have a soba that shades so well when the backspring is about to snap like i know i got a couple weeks when its buttery smooth before the back spring breaks omg lol happened to me so much id be like finally its broken in it works perfect the crack!!! Thats one thing rotaries haveover cpils their consistent all the time i can do the same thing day in day out and not have to change my handspeed cause my coil works a certain way that day

You need to look into it. Any thing that’s been used in tattooing such as grips and clip cord sleeve etc once contaminated have to be disposed of in biohazard. Also depending on which company you use the clip cord sleeves are deceiving as they are often compostable and not bio degradable. But either way depending where on the world you are from has to go in hazardous waste.

@@ThatTattooShow your absolutely right theseare just gimmicksused by these companies to appealto a certain.arket when in reality its all biohazard waste it seems the most environmentally conscious way of tattooing is to use an autoclave and clean ur grips the way we ysedto tattoo before all the throw away stuff came into market
