In this video, I show you how I forged and casted soda cans and steel to create my Ringwraith Morgul Blade from The Lord of the Rings. The blade is just made of mild steel since I don't want to spend a ton of money on good steel, and I don't want to mess it up since I haven't made anything this size before, but I think that it turned out pretty good. I wasn't able to put the fullers onto the blade because it ended up being too thin, and it's not the exact same dimensions as in the movies, but overall I think it turned out pretty good. The guard and pommel are both cast in aluminum that I got from melting down a ton of aluminum cans, and the handle is just some wood that I had.
