I’ve purchased the template for this but there is nothing of how to make the range finder could you help me out

Yeah. I put in the instructions that I 3d printed the rangefinder and I think I gave a link to the one I used. For the rotating part I just glued a piece of 3/4" pve into the ear circle thing, and then I cut a piece of a pipe fitting for 3/4" pvc and sanded the inside so it'd be a little looser, and glued the rangefinder to that. There's probably a better way to do it, but that's what I did. If you email me on the email in the instructions I can send you some pictures too. If you don't have a 3d printer, you're just gonna have to figure something else out for the top portion I'm afraid. Sorry for the confusion.

is it the template A4 size

There's a full size file that you can slice up in something like Adobe acrobat reader, or there's a tiled file in US letter size. So you'd have to slice it up, or if you couldn't, I could probably do it for you. Hope that answers your question!
