The Japanese are definitely the masters of pushing the boundaries, their metal scene is incredible though. I'd try Unlucky Morpheus's Angreifer, Opfer or Black Pentagram. I'd just recommend replacing the Metallica poster with Megadeth...sorry couldn't resist 🤘

Your the second to mention Unlucky Morpheus! I shall have a look. …as for Metallica vs Megadeth, I’m a huge fan of them both, just Metallica are my absolute favourite and their merchandise is easier to come by! 🤘🏻🤓

@@GRINNERMETAL Japan being cute is a recent thing (post WW2) that they did deliberately. Because it had become unlivable. Japan is a brutal place full of brutal people. And I mean that in the most complimentary way possible. There was nothing cute about imperial Japan. Unless you think racism and genocide are cute. I'm not saying that they are bad. Mistakes were made. It happens. But they are not a cute silly people. It's an act. Or more accurately it's a response to being way too hard for centuries. To the point it was self destructive. They made a deliberate choice to try to soften the culture. This is the mistake that westerners make going to Japan. It's only happy fun time on the surface. It's still a pretty brutal place. It has changed. But only so much.

That would be "hanabi" (花火). Hanabie (花冷え) means "cold flowers," a metaphoric expression for a sudden, unexpected onset of cold temperatures in the Spring. ;)
