Haha, coming up on growing my hair for 2 years myself. My parents never had a problem with it, but most schools over here in South Africa require that boys are always clean-shaven with short (and I mean SHORT) hair.

Yea im 15 rn and can literally do shit they won't even let me out because it's too dangerous but when their hungry or don't wanna go to the shop even tho they have a car then I can go outside even when it's dark outside, same with school, they won't let me let me grow my hair, they didn't allow me to wear what I want but now they started buying me stuff I want to wear from time to time I just gotta wait 3 more years but I still appreciate my parents because I have a house to live in and warm food everyday

Also I grew my hair out during quarantine so I couldn’t get no hair cuts. Just keep taking care of it bro you got this. I’m also regrowing my hair again I cut it off in December 😂

I've been growing it out for like 1 year and a half and I have to say I'm getting more and more addicted to the process of growing my hair because of all the research and effort that I've put into finding the right products, dealing with shit times like awkward stage, hair falls, etc. Man, it is just amazing of the commitment!

Kleber Stfu I’m not fucktarded enough to be high and I’m guessing he means that his hair fell down at mouth length so much that it literally moved up and down when walking down the stairs and/or because he got it in fringe form. But he probably has thin hair because my hair doesn’t just easily move at that length just from walking down stairs. Ig it can kind of go off my forehead when jumping up and down, or it would just move back and forth in its high volume state of sticking up.

When I was a kid I was always forced to almost shave my head every month, and whenever I told them I wanted to let my hair grow, they would tell me not to ever dream about it. Then when I was nine I rebelled and I said no more hair cuts!! So my mother would cut my hair when I was asleep. That lasted until I was 13, when I got in a traditional school where boys with long hair are unthinkable of, so I had to go back to the boring short hair until I was 16, got tired of it and started growing my hair again. Because of the school norm, I would use gel every morning to style my hair in a way it looked way shorter than it already was, but secretly I was growing my hair longer than ever. I almost got caught once but quarantine happened and I only had to put a hat on during online classes so nobody would notice. And until now, I've been a year and 5 months since I got a haircut and, what can I say, it looks fucking awesome

I've had long hair for most of my life, but my parents always made me cut it at some point. The longest its ever been was to my collarbone. I had my last haircut at 15 for my graduation photo and decided to never cut it again. Been a whole year and it now reaches my shoulders😄

I feel you. People who's hair grows fast have it great but I personally, based on seeing my hair only reached the bottom of my eyes after 6 months of not cutting it, can't stand the process of growing it out. It's long overall and the awkward phase feels like it'd go on forever. Can't grow out a beard at all, genetics. Oh well, going for that military look then for me haha
