i dont blow dry, i shampoo once or twice a week, i brush my hair before shower always, i never straighten my hair, never brush when its wet and thats about it man, nothing special. 90% of the time i wear it down, i dont like to tie it up. And if and when i do tie it i always do it loosely.

you might be washing it too much. ive always known that you should wash the hair every couple of days, so thats what ive always done. i wash it two, maybe three times a week at most, you should try that too, maybe it will help. my hair falls out easily too, at this point ive gotten so used to it that it doesnt bother me. my hair gets oily as well pretty much on the second day after a shower, so it just depends on what your definiton of greasy is - if its too much for you and it is as disgusting as you say it is then you should just cut it. my hair is longer than three years old at the moment and it feels like a burden, theres some days where i really want to cut it. so yea if its not comfortable for you dont grow it

@@zem1k23 i wash it every second or third day and i guess yeah it's just oily which i don't like, and also with my current hair i have to wear the top in a bun, but i have a giant forehead so i don't even really know what style to have it in, i might cut when quarantine ends or on the summer, bc i hate it and it's not even that long, the top goes about like an inch under my chin and the sides are like about two times shorter

8+ months in, hairs are big to the point eyes almost cover, can make a decent size mini bun, but I'm also over the patience and feel like getting a haircut, because it looks awkward. Is it normal? I don't know. Send help!

Sad news, I got haircut last week after keeping my hairs for almost 9 months, it was getting really unmanageable and I literally looked like a shit in photos, BUT I cut it because it's not the right time, AND I'll do it again for sure, and next time it'll be a full bun. look man i can share my tips and advice but im not a professional or anything so what i would suggest is to look around the internet. im sure theres been others like you and chance is youve got your questions answered by better and more reliable sources than me. i will say one thing though - its important to stay healthy. try to better yourself, lead a more positive and happy life and with that your hair will hopefully also get better.

What did you think when you took selfies every day during the 2 years in front of a door that has the exact same color as your hair? I mean still a crazy dedication but if you do it again please choose a light background so we can actually see your hair.

my hair falls out a lot man, i stopped worrying about it too much at some point :D i am not doing anything special regarding maintenance, theres some great videos out there about how to take better care of your hair.

cut was in may around 3:35 in the video. and i never blow dry my hair, i leave it to air dry. of course there has been exceptions, when ive showered late night and didnt want to sleep with wet hair but generally i try to avoid it.

i dont know much about hair damage brother, but just yesterday someone asked me about tips so ill copy paste my response: for tips i recommend washing once or twice a week with shampoo, not more. try to brush it too, when u feel like its getting tangled and it needs it. my hair gets tangled up pretty fast so i try to brush it out everyday now, and definitely before a shower. other than that, try to minimalise heat, i rarely blow dry. try to get a few trims every now and then because theyre important as well. myself ive gotten only one trim in the three years and my hair is like shit :D and yeah u get the gist of it, quality shampoos and conditioners, masks and stuff like that is also beneficial. most important thing is to try and live a healthy life, dont stress too much about the hair and dont worry about it falling out as well, thats natural. good luck man

starting from the 9th month i think most people can tie up a small bun, for me it took longer i think i tied up for the first time around january so 11th month. you are almost there man

not exactly, i was gonna get my hair trimmed for my prom, and the barber went a little too high when she was fixing my beard, she removed quite a portion of the side hair but not all, its still noticeable tho, you can see it at 3:35 in the vid
