I think the Supreme Court is the wrong place for her. She’s awesome and putting her on the court would limit her public voice (unlike certain others, she seems to have integrity.). I’d rather see her in a position where she can continue to do stuff like this. Based on what I know of her, I would vote for her as president.

Satute of limitations had run out on the misdemeanor business charges. Bragg upcharged them using Federal campaign contribution law. NDAs are not illegal. How this trial even went forward baffles me because a STATE DA cannot prosecute FEDERAL law. NYC justice system is corrupt. Jurors should be held in contempt.

I suggest the juror that only watched Fox news and another that followed Truth Scoail would not be Democrats. Did you actually look at the evidence. It was overwhelming against tRump.

Representative Ross should do Jos Biden now and explain why he keeps getting free passes and not being held accountable.

We still don't know what the actual crime is.

The NC didn't involve a defunct misdemeanor being converted to a felony based on Federal election statutes that the US Govt saw no reason to bother with. It also didn't involve the defense not being told what the actual charges were until closing arguments (prosecution somehow stating the charges after the defense was done), jurors being given a multiple choice list of what to deliberate over, or the Judge being selected rather than randomly selected.

Ohhh... Did she mention the recordings were made ILLEGALLY !?!?

The recording was not illegal. Is was unethical - a big difference. The recordings clearly showed Trump was guilty.

We don't even know what the federal charge was they tied to the book keeping crime committed. They did not prove a federal crime. A book keeping charge is not a federal crime.!

The fact that a jury in a heavliy democrat New York found their political opponent guilty on not 10, not 18, not 27, but all 34 counts "quickly" after being told by a biased democrat donating judge that they weren't required to agree on the crime doesn't give me confidence that this was a trial on the up and up, NC lady.
