The scariest thing about The Mountain arent the strenghts and habilities described on a fantasy book but the fact that in reality exists a human being that matches that description. (Sorry for my english)

There are many human beings matching that description: Brian Shaw is even taller... and he is strong as Hell, too. He just doesn't show off too much, he is more into the funny side of being strong.

Don't get me wrong I'm not hating if anyone can beat Hall's record its definitely this guy... But I doubt he can pull 530.. It would be sick if he beat it by 510 or at least 505... But we shall see, there is still lots of fight in him!!!

@@mariosalgado3131 Dude he pulled 501 on the exact same setup Eddie did , except that Thor had much less rest between the sets , they had the same judges too, tf are you even talking about , 530 is out of reach but he already proved that he is a better deadlifter than Eddie , Thor didn't struggle with 501 while Eddie almost died with 500 , end the debate

If you’re referring to him placing his head on the guy’s, he’s getting pumped up. Him putting his hands in front of his face was when he did a popper (sniffed ammonia) right before the lift

Elephant bars pull with momentum.. Eddie pulled on a normal bar, normal everything 500kg. If thor lifts this how come he hasn’t pulled 500kg yet normal bar?

Life's Just A Trip - Nope. Those, I believe are standard 20kg/45lb plates. Looks like there’s 20 of them on there. There’s a couple of smaller plates on the end, the barbell collars, and the bar itself. If we were talking about just the plates at 104lbs apiece, he would have been lifting over a ton.
He should try to deadlift 500Kg on a calibrated bar

barefoot is best for deadlifting and squatting. any form of heels is bad, you dont generate as much force. flat shoes can do well too like chuck Taylors.

Most powerful man in the world is Naim Süleymanoğlu.He lifted weights 3 x of his weights. He was 60 kg , weight was 190 kg. There is no person who can do it. And Naim has 63 world record.
