Such a good topic! Burn out can even apply to working out at the gym or spreading yourself too thin!

Hi Hannah, I found your channel through comments and wanted to support you as a fellow youtuber! I always enjoy learning about productivity ideas and thoughts, and this was a great reminder on intentionally making the time to care for your self and avoid burnout. New sub here! Excited to watch more.

It's hard to work on things after work when being so tired. I agree with going outside and getting some sun. It can really help with motivation. Rumination gets me when do nothing but maybe I should face it more often. Thank you for the advice beautiful Hannah! You look nice wearing black.

Cool video I appreciate you making this video, but do you have any tips for when you FEEL that you became MORE and in fact TOO hedonistic because you got bunt-out and you can't be productive and you are ALWAYS procrastinating I got burnt-out four years ago btw.

@@fatimaallawati947 sorry to hear you went through this as well! And tbh I havent been at that stage (yet).. but my guess is that that’s maybe because you’re subconsciously scared to get burned out again once you start working productively again? So I think setting a clear work schedule that also leaves a lot of room for (planned) regeneration (or plain laziness:D) and trying to build habits to stick to that schedule might be a good approach:)
