Yes...Rejection reason will be validated and if they found inappropriate then H1B selection will also be impacted

My employer has closed the case although when I checked last it showed submitted. But now, I do not have the access of USICS. Does it mean that even if the status changed to Selected, I wont be eligible?

Is there any way to get work visa for the spouse of a person who got picked up in H1B lottery this year? Other than applying for H1B for the spouse also? Asking as the probability of H1B pickup is less and need to wait for one more year if it doesn’t get picked up

My H1B got picked for initial registration for the year H1B 2023. Currently, I am working with a US-based company from India as a consultant(Full-time WFH), we don't have a base location in India. My current company is not providing Form 16, IT-Returns, payslips but the consultancy is asking for those documents to file the H1B petition. Could you help me with how I can move forward?

Sure, we'll come up with a video soon. To get H4 EAD, your spouse should have their green card process started and i140 approved.

My H1B got picked for initial registration for the year H1B 2023. My question is recently i have got offer and my joining date is April 25th. So should I intimate to my h1b sponsor company? Should I send these documents also? I mean new offer letter relieving letter of 22nd date company? Please confirm

No only the sponsor has the right to file the petition if he is willing to take back you. Otherwise he can simply write to USCIS that you were no.longer working with them and.cancel the selection

IT cap exempt is for research. Go get some data science training, go get some research experience analyzing data, and apply to IT cap exempt employer. What are the chances of you working for IT cap exempt employer getting job offer from india? About 0%

The candidate should have minimum 6 months validity in the passport before filing the H1b petition.So better renew immediately and ask the employer to file the petition with a letter stating the renewal, as the.selection letter is based on passport number only
