Sorry, not aware of documentation for the employer. An immigration attorney will be the best person to answer that question

Hi, Greetings! What is H1b in cap and out cap work permit visa types? I've the H1b petition eligiblity for H1b (out cap) work permit visa but not for H1b (In cap) work permit visa in my employer portal. Could you explain this please?

I'm not sure I understand your question. But i'm assuming you are asking the difference between H1B Cap exempt and H1b cap visa. For H1B cap you need to go through a lottery process that is going on right now. This is required because there are only 85000 slots available. For H1B cap exempt you don't have to go through a lottery. Only specific employers are eligible to file H1B cap exempt for their employees. If I selected for H1B visa, can my family come with me with same visa like 1-2 people?

Only your wife and kids can come with you. Your parents can't. And they have to get H4 visa. It is a different visa

Thanks for the information @itsokyaaar . I have a question. I live with my single mom. What if I get a job at a big company like Google? And if I can convince the interviewer to also apply for a visa for my mom? Is there any chance to get a visa for my mom? Second question: if I got an approved H1B visa How many percent chances are there to approve my mom's visa if I apply by myself?

Should we hire an attorney? Or self apply

You can't self apply.. your employer has to sponsor and they'll get an attorney for that
