Only way to feel comfortable at a high pace is to practice at a high pace. Beginners and moderate fighters should spar light and regular. But these pro's, they've already hit that mark...and then some. This will help them to ascend further.

2:25 Caught the kick with his head, then took him down. Obviously you shouldn't use your head as a way to catch kicks, so it wasn't completely intentional, but that was still impressive.

That cant be done in a fight obviously was a low power kick, if you try to do that youll probably get ko'd
@anthonysiu6010
2 жыл бұрын
@@xhikuofficial7744 it happens plenty of times in muaythai sometimes the high kicks dont carry the full force of a low kick or bodykick and are snappier and connect with the instep and a late block usually tends to catch the leg between the neck and glove giving you a free sweep lol
@MADAOSushi
5 ай бұрын
I guess it was ok....Not very impressive but, I can explain & it's sort of up in the air whether that's poor sparring etiquette. The head kick landed cleanly and was held back. Every clean landed kick can be caught into a trip or dump easily because the speed/power is being held back. I allow my students to trip me whenever they want just to get practice since i don't mind but, the better etiquette is just nod your head and reset imo.
