3:08, fully in control and pulls the kick back because his partner is in a compromised position. Guys like this are incredible to have in your gym. Growing while protecting eachother.

And it’s how sparring should be, leaving one’s ego at the door, being humble and learning from each other. There’s no real need to go full on, unless you are making a living out of it.

@@LordFarquaad35 Even making a living out of it, you have to be tactical about WHEN and how often you go full on. the brain can only take on so much trauma. Like you said, thats how it should be. I wish that ettiquite was upheld in EVERY gym. Sadly, it is not.

@@tarzanstrickland yeah they have lot of guys from flyweight to welterweight. There are heavy weights too but they're boxers. Also mark timms, ulberg train there who are legit great kickboxers.

City kickboxing is freaking killing it. It feels like those fighters that had camps at tiger has more elevated eye’s to breaking down fights

So cool that we see Action Bronson in this environment. Dude really turned it around. Izzy in his element is just pure striking essence. Thanks for the upload Jeff!

Sandhagen needs to Join Whittman dynamics trio and i promise you, he will be Champ begging of 2023. His coach rn Christian is super elite too super slept on coach but def should have him in his corner as well as whittman. (Yes ik Trevor probs show him a couple stuff bc they all work at Elevation but he doesn’t have trevor full focus)

I’m 22 and I smoke a lot. Although I have a wrestling background and i trained boxing and MMA a bit, i plan on going back and start over. I want to lose about 70-80lbs n start fighting someday. Let’s not let that “being too old” shit hold us back. There were 30 year olds that started and became champions. Let’s fix our mindsets and get after it! 🙏

only reason volk was able to stand toe to toe with holloway is cuz these are the monsters he spars every week
