Beautiful home

I like the idea that builders are experimenting with different types of materials

Awesome kitchen love it, main bathroom no tub lots of wasted space no spa. Black washer, and dyer would be great in the laundry room. Like the tile, glass door in den but I don't care for the window.

Very unusual floor. Back in my Navy days, all the heads (bathrooms) on ships had terrazzo floors.

Nice house, out of my price range by 2x. I agree with the non shiny tile. I think the shiny tile is just too (Washington DC talking points) everyone has it. Nice but boring. That door to the office was perfect for an office or office den room, much better than the sliding barn door. The SBD is okay in some uses like separating 2 areas of a house but I never liked them as a substitute for a normal door. This glass pivoting door makes a kit of sense as a stylish substitute to mostly glass French doors that please to an office. It stays open for one reason. It's a single push, when hands are full for another. I think it works. Lots of nice touches in this house.

I liked it the glass door to office I don't like rest is nice two islands is a bit much . I trade island and door for a dock allowance

Bummer that $1.2M doesn’t even buy you hanging rods in any of the closets or shelves in the pantry🥲 For me, it’s a big miss that the outdoor kitchen doesn’t have a mini fridge and the inside bar doesn’t have a wine fridge. Builder also should have upgraded to the clear view panels for the lanai. I do love the 8 panel sliders to the pool, the glass door to the office, and the pretty ceilings. The kitchen and bathrooms aren’t my favorite, and I wish they didn’t use the same tile in all three bathrooms. It’s giving lazy😬

I think we’re working off of a 20 to 30% off list price reduction in this market. That’s what I’m seeing in the houses I’m selling.

A very tasteful design that is not going to become tiresome for the owner over time. I agree that the second island is a bit of an overkill for this price category of a house, I would rather take a flat cement tile roof over this kitchen novelty...

I’d pay this price for JUST the half with the primary,pool,kitchen, & den.

Hi Steve. I watch a lot of your videos. You said you haven't seen 2 islands in the kitchen before. You sold a home with 2 islands. It wasn't new construction. I believe it was in Cape Harbor.

They put the light switch in the office on the wrong side of the door.

Love the floor! Not a fan of shiny floors, but the rest of the design is too masculine for me.

I recommend always telling how long it takes to get to open water on these gulf access homes
