This builder is from Poland I believe, very progressive thinking, excited to see what else they build in our area.

Wow wow wow! So beautifully done. Between the stunning views and incredible home, I’m in sensory overload trying to take it all in😍 Aside from the incredible views, the built in fire pit and the hidden butler’s pantry were probably my fave features. Love the wine wall, gorgeous chandeliers, and glass railings as well(they are great for unobstructed views, but terrible if you have young children, lol). I personally love the dark doors as well. The pool bath was a little too much for me(I would probably get vertigo walking in there😵‍💫😂). I’m a little on the fence about the million windows. I’m sure the house is built to withstand a major hurricane, but I personally wouldn’t feel safe riding out a significant hurricane in a house with that many windows. Between the interior glass stair railings, glass outdoor patio railings, and all those windows, how many bottles of Windex will their cleaning staff go through each week?😂😂 Thanks for sharing this home. I would expect to see this more in Miami than Cape Coral, but I’m glad the builder really went for it…a lot this incredible deserves a home like this👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Amazing! I think one of those "gyms" needs to be a man cave cigar lounge.

Ah... that's what I was trying to say, I said gym but I knew I never really wanted a gym but that upstairs room on the end would be a great man cave/ games room. That's it, you nailed it.

Property tax and insurance! It’s nice though

Beautiful home for sure, but for that price I would think buyers in that range would prefer to be oceanfront and not on the canal? I've seen several for half as much with full oceanfront and amazing views that were pretty new as well.
