Hi Laila, I am so happy to have this recipe, look so yummy and want to thank you for sharing your recipes. I am from Mauritius too and I sincerely encourage you to share your recipe in english as there are so many people watching and don’t understand our mother language. We are Mauritian and we are proud to be as we are perfectly bilingual. Living in Canada myself, I totally agree with you as we cannot expect only Mauritian to watch the video, lots of people enjoyed our food. Cheers sis you are doing awesome!

These look similar to the Trinidadian gulab jamuns. The only difference is that Trini people add ginger powder, cardamom powder, and a little cinnamon in the dough mixture. You videos are amazing! Keep up the good work! I love the accent by the way. Now I want to go to Mauritius.

Hi, I’m a bit confused abt ur measurement, how can 2 cups of sugar be more than 2 1/2 cups of flour in grams
@lailajugon1802
4 жыл бұрын
flour and sugar are not the same when you put sugar in one cup and flour in one cup they won't measure the same examples one cup sugar =100g 1 cup flour =128g. Hope I've answered your question Sir that is why i always suggest to use an actual measurement cup and spoon
