Pep should stop playing tiki-taka all the time the whole game. Enough. Mourinho was asked: You won but Pep’s Barca had the ball for 80% over the 90 minutes. Mourinho said “he (Pep and his players) can take the ball home (to do what he wants with it😉 in other words), I take the 3 points”😂

And yet Pep's Barca won 6 out of the 11 matches against Mourinho's Madrid. And to my knowledge Mourinho and RMA have never ever completed a continental treble something Pep has done twice with two different teams in two different leagues

@@trevorstatham4451 Mourinho did the treble with Inter over Barca and Pep in 2010. Mou beat Pep in the semi at the camp nou. With 10 men. For over an hour. The Barca gk tried to stop Mou from celebrating in front of the Barca fans at the final whistle. The Inter Milan defenders beat up the Barca gk later on - crazy Italians. Also - Mou & RM beat Pep and prime Barca/Messi/Iniesta/xavi in the 2011-12 season, while getting the highest amount of points in La Liga history.

@@MyHarrietHarper what I meant to say was that RMA under Mourinho failed to complete the treble and out of the 11 times they met, Pep's Barca beat Mourinho's Madrid 6 times. So the stats are on Pep's side too

@@trevorstatham4451 RM have never won the treble, despite all the 14 cups. Inter had never won the treble until Mou in 2010. Maybe not a true treble, but Mou won the league, cup and uefa cup with Porto in 02-03. Bayern have twice won the treble, but Pep could not win the treble for them or the Champions League. Mou got to the the semis of the CL in 2012 where they lost on pens to Bayern. Mou won the league that year with RM, beating Pep’s Barca to the league. Guardiola has impeccable timing, walking into teams ready to win. Plus it helps when Bayern are in a league of one and that Utd are a sleeping giant and Liverpool can’t seem to quite wrestle the titles away from City like Utd would have if the club is running properly like before.

@@MyHarrietHarper Wow sleeping on Pep like that? After their UCL win in 2006, Barcelona fell off. Didn't win much and needed to be rebuilt. This also because a lot of their older players either had already left or were leaving soon. Just look At the time period between 2006 and 2009 and see how Barca did. And then contrast it to Pep's first year in Barca. From winning nothing to completing the treble and winning 6 trophies in 1 year, both records. And Pep came to City in 2015. And when did City actually become a formidable UCL contender? In 2021. 6 years to me doesn't look like the time a club 'ready to win' would take. Pep is also the only manager to win the treble twice. Mourinho is an excellent manager but there's a tier above that. A tier with SAF and Don Carlo. And Pep's achievements speak for him. I don't understand where this argument of impeccable timing comes from but it is wrong
