It's just a public perception that Mr.Ancelloti is underated! He is old school "cool".. It's maybe because he doesn't have a marketing machine drumming about tactics and drama on the touchline... There are a few rare set of individuals who are accomplished both as a top league pro player and manager, and he is one of them! Think about the amount of knowledge and experience he has accumulated and the personalities he has interacted with on the field and in management and combine all that! It would be interesting to listen to him getting his brains picked on managing and coaching.... Just a class man this Carlo is!

4 UCL as a Manager, 2 UCL (european Cup back then) as a player. Very few people have won the biggest trophy as both player and coach, none have won as much as Carlo has done as both.
