Gryun Kim, an acclaimed Motion Graphic Designer and Art Director, has earned two Emmy Awards for Outstanding Main Title designs. Leading Elastic's animation team, Gryun crafted titles for "The Last of Us" and other hit shows, winning multiple Emmys, Clios, and ADCs. At Giantstep, Gryun's work on Title Sequences and TV ads received IF, Reddot, and Telly awards. A respected speaker, Gryun has shared expertise in Maxon Cinema 4D at NAB, Siggraph, and the Motion Plus Design World Tour, influencing the motion design field.
In Part 1, Gryun provides a brief overview of the entire production process for creating a Sci-Fi Short Film using Cinema 4D. We will explore cinematic camera animation tips, mechanical animation, multipass rendering, and compositing using Universe effects.
