Growing the Sun Dragon Community: take the survey to help us develop ways to connect to you

Survey link: forms.gle/EqPMq9gPQ9ePqJxM9
Hi everyone, this is just a quick message to let you know about the survey we have to gather feedback: if we were to develop paid options to connect with me, what would you be interested in, memberships for class/seminar/makealong meetings on Zoom, one on one assistance, special videos not found here, or more? We don't know what will be feasible with our schedule, but if there is interest we will try to develop it. What we end up with may look nothing like the options listed in the survey, this is just a starting point........
The survey will run through the middle of June, 2023
Thanks!

Answered the survey. Love your helpful videos and since we spend time in NC at least yearly, I’m looking forward to coming to the shop on my next visit. Keep up the good work. PS- I wouldn’t have I gotten through the Ranunculus if it wasn’t for your videos. Keep up the great videos. 😀

I am going to answer your survey but before I do, want to stated I would not have got through the Ranunculus without your step by step guidance. I live in London, England GB. Therefore your on-line tutorials have been and will continue to be a learning tool, hence why I subscribe to your channel. Many thanks Jan

Pretty much everything you said is foreign to me... but I'll answer you the one question you asked kinda repeatedly in a different way... free video tutorial is best for me! If it's not free, I don't need it. Yarn costs enough, I can't pay more than a dollar per ounce for a good wool blend, or - and I hope this doesn't defend anyone - those blown tube net yarns of cast off short staple fibers. I'm on limited income at this stage of life, there's just not much to go around, not to mention, I'm fat and have to buy more skeins/balls of yarn to go around me! BTW, I love the sweater you have on I aspired to do something like that one day.

You could do something like that with the pemier option with you being in live in chat while showing a prerecorded viideo so members can replay the class the first time it airs on youtube they can be done as a member only option with the viideo live with the chat from the first airing replaying, so members can replay the class as needed and you only have to be there once to answer questions. Just a thought,

    An finished sweaters be ‘tailored’?

Do you mean sewing or altering a sweater once it is done? I suppose so, I haven’t tried. It might lead to extra bulk on the inside if it needs to be taken in, and that could be trimmed off, but it would need to be reinforced in some way so it wouldn’t unravel, especially if it’s not wool, which is “stickier”. I don’t have experience with that 🤷‍♀️❤️

@@SunDragonTipsTricks Tailoring I think an already wool knit sweater with puffy sleeves at shoulders… I hoped some enterprising person might grow a business of altering sweaters knit in the 60’sand70’s
