Explanations:
All tiers have "Viking" as part of their designation: we affectionately call our customers Vikings because we joke that they come and "pillage" the shop. It is always a whirlwind helping yarnies select just the right thing for a project, and we love it.
We also have a rewards system called Dragon Dollars cards. When spending money in the shop, each $10 before tax earns a stamp on the card. When the card is full at 24 stamps, the customer earns $25 of shop credit.
Viking Torchbearers ($1-$149)
For every $15 donated, 2 stamps are earned (what would be received for $20 in sales in the shop).
If you already have a customer file with us, these are added to your existing total.
Bronze Vikings ($150-$299)
A $150 donation is equal to a full rewards card (24 stamps, $25 shop credit) OR 15% off your next purchase.
Every $15 between $150 and the next tier earns 2 stamps on a Dragon Dollar rewards card.
Silver Vikings ($300-$599)
A $300 donation is equal to 2 full rewards cards ($50 shop credit) OR 20% off your next purchase.
Every $15 between $300 and the next tier earns 2 stamps on a Dragon Dollar rewards card.
Gold Vikings ($600-$999)
$600 donation: 4 full rewards cards ($100 shop credit) OR 25% off your next purchase.
