@@ti-mani4648 Well, I can go lower and maintain the position for longer. I'm working on this kind of excersice for the planche. I'm also doing another straight arm excersice for biceps on the pararlel bars that he also shows in his videos, it is demanding but challenging.

never liked pumping iron or going to the gym it's most depressing place i can imagine tried multiple times xD

@@mariuxxxx1 It was not that bad until 10 years ago or so. Most dudes came to be as big and strong as possible... And all of a sudden it's all about being 3% bodyfat, showing off and hookers impressing potential customers.

I been trying to gain size on biceps for a while, i been doing these for a little over a week so far on floor and on rings. No bicep work other than chin ups. And holy shit do I notice a diff. Also my elbow and wrist strength is improving fast!

Could this be used to make the elbows more resilient against injury, when approached cautiously? I've been dealing with nagging pain (when pulling) for months, probably where the bicep attaches. I have to say this exercise does feel like it's hitting the area that's in need of strengthening..

Do from harder to easier And in the end do tuck hold

I have severe osteo arthritis in my elbows, I can't straighten either, do you reckon it's still possible to get bicep growth even though they are not in a stretched position??

Its a lot harder on the rings because you're going to need to stabalise the rings whilst also doing the planche

@@visitor-- The longer your arms are compared to your body, the less the angle there is between your arms and your torso, and that will make it easier.
