That’s true! So it grows better here in our winters
We were just looking at our nastertum outside and wondering if we would grow again next year They're pretty but we didn't eat them.

I live in Florida too. Why does the Nasturtium die in the summer?

Our summers get a bit too hot for them unfortunately. However we can grow them through the winter and get a head start!

Sort of. I have some that grew in partial shade and the did last a little longer, but ultimately the heat got to them. I haven’t used shade cloth or anything though so I don’t know if that would help.

@@SimpleSanctuaryGarden Se we don't know if it's the heat or the stronger sun rays that are damaging your plants. Interesting. Now I'm curious. I think it's worth experimenting with a couple of bucks to get some seeds. I'm in Melbourne by the way, in the East cost of Central Florida, in 9b. My property is surrounded by large oaks so I do have a few degrees less in the summer due to the shaded areas. Thank you very much for your information.
