The best advice for me has always come from this guy.

I remember watching Victor in the first Generation Iron movie. He was somewhat of a "main character" of that documentary, a former bodybuilder trying to get back into competition shape. Glad to see he made it :D

Everybody is always focused on the macro nutrients that they forget about the micro nutrients. Personally, I feel less fatigued and stronger when I include a lot of micronutrient dense foods in my diet.

Right word for spending so much or too much is either ridiculous or just unnecessary It’s so much because they literally buy the most expensive foods that’s why. they could easily go cheaper and still be fine. But they need the perfect most expensive foods. It isn’t just about quality, especially when your on a budget.

3:31 *$400.00 a week on just FOOD! WOW! I eat a lot, too. But, I only spend like $100. But, I like to shop at the Grocery Outlet and El Super. Sometimes, I'll go to Safeway for the bread. Trader Joe's, I usually just get snacks. They always have weird snacks that are not available anywhere else.*
