I wash a neat amount properly, say about 20 , nd then leave them on a plate without any stems in the freezer for about half an hour or so at least. That's heaven, I eat the seeds and all; cold yummy purple goodness.

@Ancient Dolphin Tofu Almond Man from the 70s To make it more tastier : Boil the Spinach, then shred it or grind (whatever consistency you like). Put it aside. After that put some olive oil in the pan, add shredded ginger and garlic...saute for a minute - Add the Spinach paste in it, cook it for like 5 minutes in low flame. You're good to go.

Muscle & Strength yeah you are right about that I just can’t see spending a lot of money on certain things that I know in another store I could get it cheaper

There's definitely a correlation between him consuming so many solid micro nutrients and having one of the best physiques ever. His skin looks very healthy too. Of course genetics and gear play the majority of the role but his nutrition is hands down one of the best and it shows on stage. Uncrowded Mr. O FOR SURE
