MS George is one of the most humblest guys I know and the hardest training partner I had way back in day. He was destined to be a successful bodybuilder since we met back in 06, when George was only 150lbs, but a solid 150 with genetics like a comic book character. Awesome guy.

Aw man! That's some cool info to hear! We really enjoyed working with George. He really let us into his life for the weekend we were with him and his personality shows on camera bc of it. I definitely wish he would've shown us that popeyes post workout meal 🤣

Hahaha....Before he started competing seriously, George would eat Burger King, Popeyes or any junk food he desired at least 5 days a week. He could do that because his genetics surpassed the average human being. We trained for a few years on and off and I have always told him he will be one of the best bodybuilders in the world one day.

George is cool, I wish people got to know him more like this before the show, there wouldn't be so much hatin on his win.

Get to your goal or close to it. Once you hit that, you can start to eat a little junky but not so often that it ruins your good eating. I lost about 45lbs since I've been working out and trust me, you still crave junk. Just not nearly as much as you imagine. All about having that good food handy and ready to go.

Great lean diet from George. Very true..It's good to have a cheat meal day every now and then. Shock your body a bit. Give it a little dose of food impulse. Satisfy your cravings, cos we we're all children once and had our favourite snacks and meals
