Awesome, hopefully we can help you gain access to good wrestling knowledge! and help you learn!
Got to say, I love the wrestling for mma stuff that you guys put up, like how Condit got that switch on GSP. Keep up the hard work.
Love it
The high knee is the key, glad you found success with it!

Thank you, yeeah good tip on the bodylock also, I was locking at the middle...

Man, just realized the technique includes a push kicks to the fence, pretty good, now i liked the technique way more!
This still works with a larger opponent as well. In traditional Greco Roman wrestling you can not grab the legs ;-). But wrestling for MMA and MMA wrestling would allow you to attack the legs. There are some intricacies in the technique of a double leg off the cage that should be noted, and the transition from this hold to a leg hold is important to pay attention to the details of.
Im a jiu jitsu guy but love all grappling
George st pierre say sweep techniques takedown
Do you need to be on the cage???
So if the guy is bigger I just go down right for legs '?
Thank you, here wrestling is not popular and I don´t know much...
