    I tried Edge the first time during my senior year, zero experience, and I acted like a bitch and quit just after 3 weeks. I remember wining saying I can’t I can’t and I was getting pinned a lot and I just couldn’t compete like the team could.

    Hey Russell! We now have a foundations program to help elevate and bring up our beginner athletes. This program is new and wasn’t around when you came in. We hope you give our program another attempt the next time you are around.

    You have to hit it quick and right away...as soon as you feel a bar coming. Also, elbows ticked and good technical awareness when building your base..you can avoid the bar.

    Touching to see how moved Mr. Branch is in the presence of Coach Smith. I'm guessing a lot of us would be similarly overwhelmed trying to introduce John Smith as a wrestler, teacher, coach or ambassador for the sport. And I love how Coach Smith dives right in. No aloof stuff. He's just right in there lovin' people being competitive and mixing it up. And it sounds like Coach was thinking about how to use that stuff in the NCAAs. I also want to know how on earth he got Coach to that workout?!!?

    Two things wrong. When you lock his arm, you keep his arm under you and push his elbow in his ear. His hand was able to move freely. Secondly, he didn't grab the wrist of the guy, he grabbed the muscle.

  • @boomidctv6017
    @boomidctv60176 жыл бұрын

    Micah Saisor you should go for a wrist but it's not completely necessary. They were focusing more on the running of the bar and escape

    Good points, actually. The top man has got to keep the bottom man's elbow in his chest. Then, he puts the bottom man's shoulder in his own ear. Loose technique.

    Wrestling is ins of the most amazing physical sports out there. Gets you active and requires anything a sport can require: Speed, strength,skill, and aim(where you throw n where you hold to complete a move. Wrestling is also a great sport opportunity for the physically disabled.
