Thanks for taking us along! Glad you enjoyed this trip. Nothing like the American West. 🇺🇸
Thank you both x50 for taking us to the second viewing area of the Grand Canyon. Quite literally, awesome.
Been looking forward to this one. One of my favourite places on the planet. Great footage Shawn, would love to revisit and do the skywalk someday.
I believe the tribal name is pronounced "who-ah-luh-pye." SO much to see in the American Southwest, and it's great to see how much you appreciate and respect the surroundings. You'd both enjoy a leisurely drive down Route 66. When that happens one day, I'll be hoping for some food vlogs from New Mexico! 🌶️🌶️🌶️

It was great to see!
We got a flat tyre there in the middle of nowhere. Finally someone pulled up and helped us to change the tyre.
Went there in 2013 and the restaurant etc hadn’t yet been completed so it’s good to see.
My stomach just flipped, the vertigo.. Nah I'd never go near the edge. Great video too
I was in that stop in December. Breathtaking
1:52 I used to work at a Family Dollar back home in Kentucky years ago. They are a national chain in the USA. Not the best employer for a long term career, but it was fun when I was there.

Thank you, Shawn! You and Charlotte make it seem as if we are right there with you. It's great seeing the Grand Canyon and Arizona with English eyes. Wonderful vlog. I've been to the Grand Canyon several times, but the last time was in the late 1980s. A lot has changed since then. So, thanks for vlogging your trip. Loved it.

It’s crazy!
My mom lives just about 4 miles past the turnoff to the sky walk in the city of Meadview so that road (Pierce Ferry road) is very familiar for me. The little town you went through was Dolan Springs which a quaint little piece of Americana. I have not been out that way since the start of covid but cant wait to get back out there. Funny story... The sheriff that patrols that road is very strict on speeders (when the sky walk was built they started having problems with tourists speeding), I was pulled over once for speeding and instead of giving me a ticket he called my mom (she was an EMT in that area so he knew her). Man I got a full on lecture from her about how I could die if I hit one of the free roaming cattle at that speed... Mind you I was in my 40's at the time... Needless to say I don't go over the speed limit when I go visit her anymore.

This certainly brought back memories for me watching this. My trip in 2004 with friends was equally as breathtaking although we took a Greyhound bus to the Grand Canyon site. I seem to remember passing through many small towns and villages on the way. Some looked straight out of the movies. $65 is a bit steep for digital photos. What else are they trying to rip the tourists off with. As you say Shawn, you have to at some point in your life visit The Grand Canyon and I’m so glad I did in 2004.

The scenes on the way to grand cayon reminds me of a film i use to watch called Mac & MeT
The sights on your drive to the Grand Canyon were amazing. Real America 🇺🇸 on full show. I believe you even had U2’s famous Joshua trees. My wife made only visited to the Grand Canyon in 2006 via helicopter tour landing on Valentines Day the day before my wife’s 50th on our first ever visited to Las Vegas. This wasn’t buIlt back then ( I do remember watching the build on tv) but what a great attraction and what a view from your restaurant. I have no head for heights, so there is no way I could step on to the Sky Walk. Though after you had both done the rides at the top of The Strat this was just a walk in the park for you two. 🤣 Nice history of the Indian tribe it’s built on. Great gift shop but it’s obviously the views you visit for. Breathtaking place.
Awesome video would love to visit the grand canyon one day and really enjoyed watching your druve down too its a different world.Loving the series bud 🙂👍

From about 25:55 onward my knees on down to my feet begin a certain tingling pain from those close views of the canyon edge. 😬😖😵💫 (I get that anytime I'm experiencing extreme heights. Live or on video)
I went to the grand canyon in 1998 it was invisible. Covered clouds and it wasn't even winter it was a late easter.

well done u to loved the video thanks
Eagle Point, loved it there. When I was there, it was $30 dollers for the digital pictures on a USB.
Hello evyryone nice video thanks
5:53 Warning warning Shawn is about to sing 😂
Thanks so much for this vlog. I visited the west rim in 2019 and went to eagle point and guano point, exactly where you went, it really took me back. My parents visited in the 80s and always told me about the Grand Canyon. When I got off the bus at eagle point, I nearly cried. Something just gripped me about it, it was a really weird sensation and for some reason I got very emotional! Luckily I was wearing my sunglasses! I did the skywalk, was it worth it for the price paid? Probably not, but it’s a tick off the bucket list. I’m not a spiritual person but I really connected with the Grand Canyon. I felt like I was at home in a strange way and I really want to return one day! Thank you for sharing this with us!

I believe you drove through a Native American reservation. It’s not unusual in Arizona. Other than Tucson and Phoenix it’s a lot like what you saw. Lots of desert and small towns. Ok maybe Scottsdale is nice but seriously.

@The Sanbrooke Adventures Wow I feel privileged to get a response from you the post-er. Setting the news of the tragedy aside, I do wanna say I really enjoyed you guys' joyful enthusiasm during your GCW tour! I really did! And I see you think like I do about even the "little" things that add to the experience, such as that chicken tenders basket. All the best in your continued endeavors!
Nice video & vlog, never visited here, but a destination 100% on bucket list to do in future. Bit ridiculous to not let you film & photograph your own photos & videos on Skywalk. I mean anyone, as its a tourist attraction where I think you should be given opportunity to do so especially with views themselves. That are beautiful from both, I disagree with you about Cable Car, at least from looking on video, I think they could do with one for extra views over the canyon, yes be a bit scary, but I think would be worth the experience & photography if people wanted to take any or could? Think it would be another good transport opportunity to another location? If not out across valley? Maybe could replace buses with cable car up to it or something bit different maybe a air conditioned monorail? Was going to suggest maybe a coaster would be perfect here, but thats a bit far lol. Shouldn't 100% in my opinion happen, but if not cable car across valley, maybe cable car or monorail up to viewpoints? Talking ones like Park Jets like Alton Towers Resort or Orlando ones? But nice vlog, love the T-shirt designs, aswell merchandise. Nice vlog again, really enjoyed and look forward to next. 😀👍
