Grand Canyon Bus Tour From Las Vegas: 2023 Guide

We took the National Park Express bus tour to the Grand Canyon's south rim. This is a 14 hour(!) day trip with a tour guide where you unfortunately only spend 2-2,5 hours at the actual canyon. Nevertheless, a really neat way to experience the Grand Canyon if you don't have your own vehicle and if you just want to sit back, relax and being taken care of.
The scenic walk between the two iconic landmarks, Mather Point and Bright Angel Lodge, is absolutely breathtaking! Prepare to be amazed by the beauty and geological wonders of one of the world's most renowned natural wonders.
Worth mentioning is that you don't have to do the walk/hike between Mather Point and Bright Angel Lodge. You can stay on the bus and it will take you straight to Bright Angel Lodge. The views are equally as spectacular so this is a great alternative if you're not capable of walking that long.
We booked the trip with National Park Express:

Is there a shuttle bus to take visitors from Mather Pt to the 1st visitor's center? If not, are the trail directions easy to follow?

The tour we took only gave the option to either get off the bus at Mather Point, or stay on the bus and ride over to the visitors center at Bright Angel Lodge. I’m not sure if there was an option to get off at the Geology Museum, however, the trail directions were easy. Basically, we got off the bus, walked to the rim, and then walked “left”. Lol. The tour guide just told us to walk “left”. 😂 We followed the trail, and every view was spectacular. Hope this helps!

@@toodalooyall Thanks for answering 🙂. One more question: did the bus company made sure everyone who went on the trip was back on the bus when it was time to leave? I'll be going on the tour this weekend and I am a bit concerned about getting lost, left behind, etc.
