Y'all did great family! Appreciate the love.
Chris Stapleton is out of this world. He’s one of the best singers I’ve ever heard.
I enjoy your channel very much. There are "Americans" who claim they hate America, but they refuse to leave. That speaks for itself. Great reaction.

There sure are. Some attack the Capitol, shit in its halls whilst waving the enemy flag, and kill those protecting the true flag...but, I doubt you are referring to them, eh? Probably just those who demand equality, eh?
I don’t think it’s a big deal to pause it, especially if you’re telling everyone how much you love it.
Did y'all notice that Chris didn't wear his signature hat for the anthem ❤️🫡🇺🇲... first all female fly over as well!
I love when he sings the blues style of music. And the fact that he can sing the National Anthem in a blues style is amazing.
Troy Kotsur was signing national anthem using American Sign Language. He is a deaf actor who has been awarded an Oscar & an Academy Award.
When the Anthem is played, the only noise that you should hear, is people singing along softly in the background. I know that you have learned the "meaning" of the words, and why it brings Americans together.
Come to the US. You'll fit right in.
If I remember that flyover was done by all female pilots celebrating 50years of naval aviators.
I'm a Navy vet. I cry everytime I watch this video. But then, the flyby with the ALL WOMAN FLYOVER--so much pride for them. He brought a new respect for the song and shows the world the pride we have. Yes, he was signing. LOVE YOUR REACTION. I watched your original reaction--I can't see where the grief comes from. Keep on reacting!!!
We absolutely absolutely love our flag and our national anthem. I’ve heard it 1 million times and it still gets you right in the heart and it brings tears to my eyes, especially when Chris sings it.

2 best ever of all times.. the USA national anthem.. Whitney and Chris... hands down. I remember Whitney giving me chills.Never thought anyone would come close.. Chris did.
You and your family would be welcomed w/open arms here in the US. :)
You're not American so it's okay BUT, also hats off during the Anthem ALWAYS!!! If you noticed Chris didn't have his cowboy hat on ❤ but GREAT REACTION!

@@user-wc8fp4cx6c Of course...but if you're choosing to listen, then it still is disrespectful to keep one's cap on. He doesn't have to have his hand over his heart or salute the flag or do anything for that matter. But etiquette dictates differently. In fact whenever I hear another nation's anthem I take my cap off. There are exceptions of course like NK for instance.

There are a lot of wonderful places in the world. I feel very blessed to live in the U.S. I think there was nothing wrong that you interrupted the anthem because you were analyzing your reaction to it. The fact that you listen to it, is a sign of respect in itself. I do agree with you the culture of some countries is less open to new arrivals then others.
I love visiting with you all thank you again for sharing your time with us.
THAT IS MY COUNTRY!!❤❤❤
I truly don't know how to express to ppl from other countries or backgrounds how much pride Americans have for our country. Me for sure.. my parents raised me to love our Flag, love our Military, and our country.. I don't think that's a bad thing.. I've raised my children the same.. and mine our 36 to 24.. There's nothing wrong with loving you country and hearing your National Anthem.. no matter what country you're from.. love it and respect it .. if you can.. Their are many in my country .. USA.. that don't respect it.. I don't like it.. but they have the rights in this country to disrespect it.. But it hurts hard.. They don't respect the men and women who have died for their rights .
Leah is right to study...she is hoping to be an exchange student to the United States! Awesome.
IMO... THE BEST RENDITION EVER!!!
Not too late to move to the USA. We would welcome y’all with open arms!
52 years old and still get goose bumps when I hear the national anthem

I love hearing Chris Stapleton sing--the National Anthem was on another level!
Y’all need to watch…..” The National Anthem- as you’ve never heard it “…….it tell the origins of the song. It’s an amazing story, very educational.
Believe me Jono, you and your family would feel welcome in the US and would feel like you are surrounded by friends and family almost anywhere you go. Kat would fit right in as there are plenty of Eastern European immigrants here. Their accent, fashion, and appearance usually give them away very quickly to anyone who has visited that region.
That SuperBowl was the first time I'd heard the anthem sang in a bluesy version, and I loved it!

So much love to your amazing family 🇺🇸 ❤ 🇸🇰
You are so right, most of us love our country. Great video!
Even though he sang it in a blues style, he still sang it pretty much like it was written, unlike a lot of them who put their own ‘’spin’’ on it.
😊❤...thanks for your emotional response to this meaningful anthem. Straight from the heart.🇱🇷💯
Chris grew up about 30 mins from my home in Kentucky. He was a good football player in high school.
You can pause your video whenever you want to. Don't let the snowflakes dictate how you run your channel. Love you guys.
I’m a 61 year old American grandma - being so proud, SO incredibly thankful and so very grateful for those that came before us to establish our current way of life was ingrained in us from the time before we could even walk and talk. God bless America is a truly heartfelt sentiment. Love your beautiful little family and certainly wish you were here! 🥰🇺🇸😘
You are correct, The man was doing ASL (American Sign Language). I studied ASL as I was a teacher for SPED (Special Education), then when I taught the regular classes, The students LOVED learning sign language. They wanted to know how to spell their names and how to say "Hi. How are you? and then their favorite songs - It's a good skill to have, never looks bad on a resume to be fluent in ASL (or any countries sign language). It isn't nearly as hard as it looks and can actually be fun.
Best National Anthem ever!!
When Pearl Harbor was attacked, a U.S. Navy band aboard the USS Nevada had just started playing the national anthem. Being aboard one of the prime targets by the Japanese, you would think that most people would run for cover but the band played on. They did play a little faster. Even while gunfire and explosions happened around them, they played on. It's one of those things especially in the military that you don't stop the national anthem once it is started and you stop everything you are doing to show respect. The national anthem is tied very much with the American flag. While the flag is just a piece of cloth and the anthem is just a song, it's what it stands for that is so meaningful. Representing both the sacrifices of the past and the hopes of our future as a nation.

@@spacehonky6315 You don't have to take my word, you can easily google this and find multiple sources showing this happened. The attacked happened right when "Morning Colors" started aka the raising of the flag. Part of the daily flag raising ceremony includes playing the national anthem. There was bravery but also they were following U.S. Navy regulations that "The National Anthem of the United States, "The Star Spangled Banner," when played by a naval band, shall be played in its entirety as written and as prescribed in the official U.S. Navy Band arrangement, which is designated the official Department of Defense arrangement."

The anthem also ends with a question. Originally it was probably just meant to ask if the flag was still waving after the battle but I often think it’s a call for Americans to ask ourselves if this is still the land of the free and the home of the brave. It reminds us of our incredible history and challenges us to do our part in preserving that legacy so we can pass it down to future generations intact. Best national anthem ever! God bless the USA! 🇺🇸❤❤❤

Don't feel bad pausing. While I agree that it may be disrespectful, I also believe we have to understand how KZread reactions and copyright claims work and be forgiving of non Americans if they commit a faux pas. I appreciate the attempt to be respectful this time just as much as I appreciate the fact that you would even listen to our anthem being performed in the first place. Hope that people weren't too harsh and everyone tries to operate with some love and understanding if there are any opportunities to positively engage in a correction. Thank you, again, Graham family for sharing your exploration of the world with us.

I found your channel a month or two ago and it has become one of my favorite channels to watch. Y’all have a beautiful family and I love seeing your reactions to our country. I would love to see some more content from your country as well. It looks beautiful in the mushroom foraging video.
I moved to the USA when I was 51 and my son 19. My husband had died 9 years before and my older son one year before. If you have a job, you probably will have health insurance, so that’s the key. You are still young. Go for it!
This year the flyover was done by all female pilots too! Chris's version sounds like Francis Scott Key meant it to sound.
As an American, I can say that pausing during the National Anthem doesn't offend me, however I prefer no pausing. I can understand why people may get upset, though. If you haven't already watched and reacted, please do the video of "The Star Banner As You've Never Heard It " It explains in great detail just WHY Americans are so proud of our flag and anthem! Thanks, LOVE your reactions!

I'm old fashioned. I expect the anthem to be sung as a march.
That was also the first all female flyover.
Yes, Chris can definitely come to the cookout. He covered Metallicas Nothing else matters and absolutely killed it. also covered prince Aretha Franklin and James Brown… same thing
Great reaction, what a great little family you have. I love the University of Utah sweatshirt your wife is wearing in the thumbnail for this video! Go Utes
So beautiful! Sorry for the grief you got, it’s out of respect for our fallen, but you are not from America, so you’re off the hook! Thank you for appreciating our Countries Patriatism! The ONLY reason I turned on the game that day was to hear Chris sing the anthem. He did not disappoint this female veteran. 🤙 The All Women Flyover was a bonus surprise!
To understand why that flag makes grown men cry...to understand why that flag means SO much.... Do a reaction to the movie "Taking Chance"
Watch the “ National Anthem As You’ve Never Heard Before “. It give more to why the American people have such respect for the flag many people have no idea why it holds so much importance to us. The best part is that it really doesn’t to this day have no side to politics, It is our as Americans regardless of our political views. ❤❤❤❤❤😊
NEVER disrespect the flag, NEVER let it hit the ground.
Check out a band called The Steeldrivers. They are a blugrass band that used to be fronted by Chris Stapleton. They have many great songs. I would suggest "Long Way Down" for a starter.
If I'm not mistaken tell Garron (if I spelled wrong Sorry) that was the first time a flyover was done by all women pilots. The older you get the more you appreciate the national anthem! My want to turn volume a little up or be closer to microphone.
Our National Anthem brings all Americans and armed forces together as one. And each arm of the military has its own “anthem.” Please consider viewing “National Memorial Day 2024 The Armed Forces Medley” performed by the National Symphony Orchestra. It’s short.
@GrahamFamilyReacts great reaction just sub’d! PLEASE react to “Star Spangled Banner As You’ve Never Heard It Before”. After reacting to it, you all will understand why we, Americans, respect & love our flag so much. Thanks! Oh, by the way, Whitney Houston pre-recorded in a studio the Anthem and was lip syncing at the Super Bowl. Chris’s was LIVE. CHRIS sang the best National Anthem I’ve EVER HEARD!!! Thanks again friends!
Definitely not disrespectful to pause. Its your choice and anyone who gets offended by a pause its putting their own personal problems on it. Its a video and the fact that someone from another country is even interested in hearing the US anthem is beyond amazing. My fellow americans need to calm down imo. PS time to show them whitney houstons!
There's one of Calla Smith singing The National Anthem in Navajo that you might like also...
It was good. Very good. But Whitney's version is incomparable. Her voice and the situation at the time can not be replicated. It still brings tears to my eyes. Our Anthem is very hard to sing well. The lyrics were a poem written at the Battle of Fort McHenry during our War of 1812 against the British and the tune was actually a British drinking tune. The two fit together perfectly and were meant for each other. I would love to see you guys react to Whitney's version. There are versions out there where the TV shot is totally masked, but seeing her is not the point. Hearing her is where it is at. The only time I've ever watched the performance in full without KZread's stupid restrictions was during the live Super Bowl broadcast of the Super Bowl. Every other time I close my eyes and just sing along while the tears stream down my cheeks. Find a way, Jonah. You and your family will be better for it.
Great video much RESPECT to this talented human… Whitney version Impeccable hands dwn Beyonce version Amazing !
You also have to take your hat off and put it over your heart whilst the anthem is going…..hahaha😅. You should watch anthem during Chicago blackhawks game (hockey) …we fans just scream through the whole anthem. It started after a tragedy and we really wanted the world to hear us.
Sign language for the deaf.
I think this is best rendition so far. IMHO
Praying for your daughter’s exams!
You might look at Lexi Walker's version. Very good!!
As an Army and Navy veteran, I am very picky about the National Anthem and true, pausing, talking, kneeling, etc., during the anthem is disrespectful. However, I see no issue with pausing during the anthem when doing a reaction video as KZread tends to remove videos otherwise. That being said, I will never understand why people consider this the best version. Yes, it is good, but not that good. Number one, IMO, is, and always will be, Whitney Houston, followed by Pentatonix. Thanks for another great reaction! 😀💕😀
You better take that hat off next time you hear the National Anthem 😂 Just kidding bro. You have a Beautiful family

hey guys can you react to ..admiral mcraven leaves audience speechless
Does everyone get blood transfusions where you live? Something is up with that
I dont see any of these "patriotic" sentiments when Americans are booing other nation's anthems. Especially in international sporting events. We want respect for our anthem, we should show the same respect for the others as well. More often than not, when the other country's national anthem is being played, you hear boos, whistles, or disrespectful talking. We should chastise those who are disrespectful towards other nations, if we wanna get on our high horse and ask for respect as well.
Watch "the star spangled banner" as you've never seen it...and you will understand if you listen without talking!!
Being 'offended' is a personal choice. Nobody is responsible for 'being offended' except for those deciding to be offended. Let the 'karens' be offended, and maybe someday they will realize that it is only valid when it is intentional! YOU DO NOT NEED TO APOLOGIZE to KAREN

Please allow me to correct you with no offense intended. According to the most recent poll, pride in America is near an all-time low, with just 39% saying they're "extremely proud." This is down from 70% twenty years ago. Among young people age 18-34, the number is a mere 18%. In my opinion, the numbers are headed much lower. And, please trust me on this, the numbers are very similar in the UK and somewhat similar in other western nations. The most 'unique' thing about American pride is that it's crashing.
