I am onto you! Either this mod or you added in extra SFX. I know the vanilla sound collage of the first two Gothics reliably. I occasionally recognize tweaks. Extra birds... Bell in the harbor... Added different sound of hammer on anvil. This is subtly even richer than the original. I love it.

@@danieljanecka9492 you got me there 😅 Yes, i did add some extra sound beside the mods sounds. You are right, blacksmith, up at the Andre training ground and at the harbour 👌 and some more throughout the video 😁

When we are all suffering from Alzheimer's in 2070, let's hope that we can experience this map in VR the entire day!

21 years later and Gothic 2 is still the best game I ever played ( I played looooot of games :D ). thats not just game, thats masterpiece

A major change was the loss of rights to the Gothic franchise. Publisher JoWooD retained ownership of the Gothic name and intellectual property. F*** JoWooD.

I played Gothic 1 2 and 3 a lot but always found the second chapter the best in terms of ambience, characters, music and plot.😊 I loved Risen 1 too…

Beautiful but at the same time gives me anxiety - just walking into a forest in Gothic like that xD

same feeling. 20 years after playing this game, but walking into the forest especially in this peasant dress immediately makes me uneasy))

Great idea to walk around the world of the game, there's much more ambience to it than with only music or sounds!

@@paulpaul5032 Well this version is not available on steam. It is a mod, that you find online, I had installed some patches that fixed some ingame stuff then I installed this version, and yes it runs on dx11. Take care🙂

@@samuelsamenstrang6069 I liked Witcher 3 very much for example, and Oblivion game is too one of the best out there. A game that is pretty similar to Gothic 1 and 2 is Risen 1, its developed by the same company that made Gothic. Take care!

Hello! It is enhanched with a mod that gives it a total overhaul. Mod is called L'hiver EN edition, it a nice mod that gives graphical uplift but even makes the game harder 🙂 Take care

It was a while since I downloaded it, but you can get it working from a website moddb.com, follow the intructions on different forums if you are not managing to install it 👍 Take care!

@@The_Boris_Putin yes you are right, the mod comes with some changes to the map, buildings and new stuff added. Like a new path/road after the bandits near the Carnavorn cave. A beach down Jacks tower and some other small changes.

Is this a mod? I don't remember there are railings along the harbor.
