    I don't think this is flow rolling. This is positional sparring in slow motion to avoid Gordon getting injured, this close to competition.

    Gordon may come off as an asshole sometimes but if you ask me who I would rather roll with, him or anyone on B team except Craig maybe. I would pick Gordon every time. He's so careful with his training partners and even in competition when he has the submission he never rips on it.

    Very good way to be able to think about the fine details without going too slow or too fast just a little bit of resistance and slow movement. Much safer and better then going to street fight mode with a white belt 😬

    People saying the fact that Gordan rolls slow and gently is a reason for his success are so dumb. This is a training session less than a week before his match. Of course it will be toned down. I promise you earlier in the camp he had plenty of people trying to take his head off.

    It's techical flow rolling, focus on perfect movement and reactions. Drill them in until your reactions to any given circumstance is the correct reaction. Slow is fast, fast is smooth.
