Really helpful, gonna try popping up on the elbow like you did for that first sweep I haven’t been doing that, and great defence to the step-over!!!

I learned the first one from Prof. Felipe Bueno when he had a seminar. Your detail about bringing your knee back to make it easier to get up on the elbow is what I need.

I am super happy to hear BIG OSS
All the video is great. I like the defensive manuevers. Its like a mix of turtle and dog fight posish. I will go for the second variation in my training today because i guess it will be smoother and more technical to sweep the big guys, but the first one is awesome as well. Big Oss master! Valeu! Conteúdo top como sempre.

BIG OSS TO YOU
What's stopping the top player from yeeting and lowering their center of gravity and then wedging their left thigh behind the bottom player's back, slowly taking the back at ?t=2m16s?
O would like they transition from an arme bar to a leg triangle
What's stopping the top player from yeeting and lowering their center of gravity and then wedging their left thigh behind the bottom player's back, slowly taking the back at 2:16
Being mid 30's i should be doing this
