I never realised how good our black pudding was until I went to England and tried that shite from Bury 😂. Even the normal stuff not from Stornoway is 100 times better. The English stuff isn't spiced and has big blobs of fat in it.

It's always people who DON'T have a Michelin star that complains about his cooking. The bread wasn't even burnt. It was barely slightly toasted. Get your eyes checked

On a windy scottish morning I am just about to fire into square sausage, Haggis and tattie scones. Can’t beat it.

Gordon Ramsay circa 2003-2008 is the best version of Ramsay. I don’t think he knows who he is these days.

Authentic aside from the kickass fire. We'd also have tattie scones, maybe polony, another different square sausage possibly, usual link sausage, etc. and black and maybe white pudding all at once. From a local butcher if you can.

Square sausage yum from my childhood chips and baked beans 🫘 😋

Gordon Ramsay has some yummiest dishes for some people with certain food allergies to the ingredients in dishes accommodate them 😊

Good quality Square slice, smoked bacon, potato scone, egg, mushrooms. Arrange as desired on toasted and buttered cinnamon and raisin begels...LEGEND! Pot of breakfast or Sunday blend coffee to wash it down. Ketchup or brown sauce optional but not needed.

The final sandwich is incredible.
