One thing I want to say about my father , he is 45 and super energetic but last 2 years he quit eating Indian Food and started following Firangi foods , lots and lots of salad , al kinds of nuts, no dairy products , only and only some unknown foods . No dal chawal , no roti , no ghee, no. Sarso ka oil And in two years his full face is pigmented, face looks like a chemo patient and now he eat 42 pills to ger rid of it . After watching Mam's video I changed his diet back to what he used to eat through out his life . He feels happy now, more alive . Though I know pigments may take another 2 years to go away. But he also understood that India food is good for Indians. He is not firangi , he Is an Indian ans every India should Indian food . Warm regards to Mam Be proud to be an Indian

Love you Rujuta, hope people will realize the importance of Indian traditional food and the benefits we get by following our ancient wisdom..My God I have seen people standing in lines outside Pizza Hut, Dominos, McDonalds, KFC and how crazy we are for this JUNK food, high time we realize that Indian food is the best in the world and let’s go back to our roots.. I have copper, iron kadai and all our ancient kitchen utensils in my kitchen now..Love INDIA and our culture..🇮🇳 🙏🏻🙏🏻

A food lover from Pakistan who loves to eat Pratha, Karhae, Nihari and all desi food. I started crash dieting with gym and as a result lost my skin glow, hair and got a lot of acne with scars. I would also recommend don't go for dieting. Eat what you are eating since your childhood (means traditional food) but at right time with right amount. I started to follow Rujuta's advice and these are helpful.

I am a beneficiary of a teaspoon of water soaked (overnight) methidana for my knee pain, I had severe pain due to my own over jogging (Street) and the orthopaedic surgeon told me that my knee joints are like pata (varvanta) and I may try methidana and that it’ll take longer to see the benefits , I was astonished after nearly 11 months of continuous use that my knee pain has vanished,it’s more than 20 years I am still continuing to reap the benefits of the non conventional treatment..

Dear friends, you should think that why people are gaining weight or having health issues now a days. The main point is all sort of unhealthy foods like pizza, pasta, packaged food which are easily available in the market and children like them and getting addicted. Cold drinks and all junk food. And most importantly no exercise at all. Now a days childrens don't play at all. They only study and watch tv or play indoor games, as a result they are obese and having health issues. So eat home made food only, no outside food at all. And let children play outside like we use to play during our childhood. And exercise, walk every day morning and evenings. Practice yoga and pranayam and meditation. You will see the changes in you. Avoid too much oily food. Avoid refind oil, refind flour, less sugar and table salt. Eat more fruits and vegetables. I have been benighted by following this type of life style.
