    I've lost 9kgs since February 11th. Today is June 30th. I did 16:8 IF... Just lessened my carbs. Cut out sugar. I follow your tip and take a tsp of ghee with a tsp of powdered jaggery after lunch. It has really really helped me. Thank you so much Rujuta Ji .

    i got rid the very next day...apart from Jagger and ghee i drank a lot of water followed by lukewarm water after getting up the next day...also u have to keep in mind if you have constipation don't sleep till late in morning, wake up early , drink 2-3 glass luke warm water, walk few steps at your home itself,and feel relaxed because a disturbed mind doesn't allow pressure to come. if you follow the above mentioned things, surely u will get relief from constipation
