For this Sunday’s episode, I will prepare another Filipino classic dish that’s considered a “handaan favorite”- Lumpiang Shanghai. And we will make three kinds of sauce to give it different tastes.
Lumpiang Shanghai is our version of spring rolls. It’s crispy and tasty, and it’s also easy to make and quick to eat.
The ingredients are:
Ground Pork
Carrot
Garlic
Onion
Egg
Salt
Ground black pepper

Hi! Richard I’m so happy to see you in person at the airport terminal 2 last month in December. I just made lumpia today Richard i used ground chicken celery carrots onion salt ground pepper 1 egg salt garlic powder. Happy cooking watching from LA❤

Hi po Sir Richard, diko po sure if natry niyo na makapagluto ng Dinuguan, chineck kopo sa mga videos niyo parang wala nman po. My father was actually a great cook po and watching you feels like watching him cook po, it's great watching you po and learning how to cook from you it's like learning from him, and Dinuguan is one of me and my fathers favorite dish, though he's a great cook but he doesn't cook dinuguan, he just always bought me dinuguan from the karinderyas that he like. 😊 (btw my father passed away po 4 years ago.)

Do not ommit celery but add on the green onions. Celery is a good preservative for meat. Thanks.

Hi Richard! Thank you for this. Nagutom ako! 🥰 If you like you can grate the carrots. That's what I do. Easier than slicing them into thin slices. I also put chopped cilantro, sliced cheese, sesame oil and 1 or 2 eggs as binder. I've tried some of the dishes you cooked. Saraaap! Again, thank you so much. Ican't wait for your next video. here in australia when you’re deep frying it should be on high heat to avoid absorbing too much oil and a paper towel on top of the plate to absorb/drain the oil.
Ang sarap mo po tingnan kumain sobrang nakakatakam, but I’ll replace the meat with chicken kase I don’t eat pork!✌🏻😂
