hello from los angeles and funny entertaining guy love when family goes on show . learning how to cook healthier filipino meals thanks . I love the way filipinos make fish omg the best! I grew up eating alot of fish. My mom makes good kare kare, other stews like pochero hmmm so good. Also, not sure if into middle eastern foods but my husband is persian and I think you would love kabobs and the famous stews "ghormez sabzi (fresh herbs with beef) or beef or chicken kabobs. just sharing because my family loves it

Black beans should be mashed a with garlic. Marinated with oyster sauce and soy sauce with sugar and oil , and ginger sliced then mix in with spareribs..
