I cooked this for dinner 2 days ago and my family loved it so much! Panalo is what they kept saying while eating it. It took a bit long to make the beef tender to my liking though. Maybe because the searing of the meat at the beginning toughened it, not really sure. But it was a resounding success still. Thanks so much for inspiring me to cook again. I love how simple your approach is in cooking and your techniques tried and tested. You're such a joy to watch.

One of cooks na nagpapakita kung pano magmaximize ng mga gamit. Like yung paglagay ng tubig sa delata ng tomato sauce. Imbis na matapon yung tira sa lata nasimot pa kasama nung tubig. Ganyan din ako kapag sa mga tomato sauce, cream or any malapot na mix na maraming chunk na naiiwan. Which is tama, you paid for that, so might as well use all of it

@maricarcastillo4896 madali lang yang homemade na ham bili ka ng ham lagyan mo ng pineapple juice, seven up, suka , soy sauce sebuyas. garlic, black pepper salt, brown sugar, punoin ng solid ingredients ang caldero make sure maliligo ang ham sa solids then pakuluan mga 4 to five hour after bumukal ilagay sa medium then after three hours low na then luto na yarn❤❤❤

I followed your recipe every step of the way and my kids said it's like our family recipe....WE ALL LOVE IT!!! Thank you for sharing it and making it simple to follow! Maybe adding spanish chorizo will even enhance the flavor. This is actually the second recipe I followed, the first one being lengua in mushroom sauce. I hope I have more free time to cook.
